Is the $29 price for my entire portfolio?
No. The Founding Beta price is $29 per month per subscribed property. Property access and subscription status are scoped separately.
Does the AI make operating decisions for the hotel?
No. AI can help organize information, identify items for review, compare reports, and draft summaries. Hotel leadership remains responsible for verifying information and making decisions.
Does On Property replace required brand, safety, compliance, accounting, or maintenance systems?
No. Those systems and requirements remain controlling. On Property is an operational tracking and reporting aid.
